moment of zen

I am off to Virginia for the day tomorrow. Here's your moment of zen to get you through the day. Don't click yet ... find your center. Focus for me.

I want you to click the audio feed, then click the link, and expand the linked page to full screen.

I'll give you a moment to do that. By the time the text gets to here, you should have the mechanics done.

Now, relax your shoulders. Be sure your legs are comfortable.

Sshhhh ... quiet, now ... quiet.

Here's what I want you to do. Settle in. Loosen. Calm. Breath deeply. In and out. In and out. Deep enough to feel the sense of change within you. No need to go further.

Are your arms at your sides or resting comfortably? No part of you can be hardened. Adjust your neck a little. Move your fingers just ot be sure they are relaxed.

Close your eyes, and occasionally peek at the screen. It is a nice soothing grey. Intentionally left blank. Intentionally left blank. Intentionally left blank. A safe space. Always a safe space.

Relaxed now. Everything is fine. Everything is going to stay fine. The day has slipped to another place. You don't need to concern yourself with it. Here we go.

Softly now ...

Namah Parvarti Pataye Hare Hare Mahadev
Namah Parvarti Pataye Hare Hare
Namah Parvarti Pataye Hare Hare

Shiva Shiva Shankara Mahadeva
Hare Hare Hare Hare Mahadeva
Shiva Shiva Shankara Mahadeva
Shiva Shiva Shankara Mahadeva

Namah Parvarti Pataye Hare Hare
Namah Parvarti Pataye Hare Hare
Shiva Shiva Shankara Mahadeva
Shiva Shiva Shankara Mahadeva

Rinse and repeat.
