SF 180 not DD 180

I previously mentioned DD180 as the form Kerry needs to cough up to release his military records. The correct designation is SF 180, and here's the form if Kerry's folks need one.

The process is simple, although a little more formal than telling the ranking member it is OK to release the attendance records of the private Intel Comm meetings.
